A fresh coat of paint in your apartment is a big change that doesn't involve a big investment of time or money.  We are proud of our paint department and can tailor our solections to your budget.  You should check with your landlord to determine if he or she plans to provide for the paint or paint job.  Also, check to see if certain color schemes are not stipulated by the lease, for example, deep tones.
